I have found a fatal error in my preprint which would uploaded in my formal website. I'm so sorry but I stop uploading my preprint. Instead of this, I have renewed my weblog "Ginjiro 2.0". At the same time, I won't update this weblog from now.
Please feel free to visit. :)

Too busy
I have come back to Sendai on Wendesday. I have little time to update my blogs or my website. I must attend YSS 2009 and announce there about my results so that I have to prepare for it.
I'll talk about asymptotic behavior of heat kernels of symmetric stable processes. I would like to refer to analytic topics: Davies' conjecture, asymptotic behavior of the ground state of 'pre-'Schrodinger equations and intrinsic ultracontractivity. As the preprint will be completed soon, I will upload to my formal website later if I have time.

When should I go to my 'home'?
Since I have a 40 minutes talk in YSS 2009, which will be held near lake Biwa, I have to prepare it. I have also a seminar in my school on August 24.
If I go to my home(?) in Chiba prefecture, it will be after them. I haven't seen sea so that I would like to go to somewhere near sea. The reason why I add "(?)" is that the course of my life is a random walk path.
I haven't joined any community and I guess that the probability which I will be able to join any community is smaller than epsilon. That may be my "fate". But, even if so, I accept that "fate" as a stochastic process. :D
By the way, I haven't been in any beach in Ibaraki prefecture...

A forecast about the next election of the lower house
I made a forecast about the next election of the lower house. I refered to the website "janjan" where all of informations about elections held in Japan was archived.
A forecast of single-seat constituency is as follows. I refered to speculation or privious results at every block.
A forecast of proportional consistency is as follows. I refered to the question "What party will you poll in proportional consistency of the next election?" in the public opinion poll by the press (FNN, JNN, NNN and Nikkei).
Considering the statistical standard error 5 percent, the total is as follows.

Ginjiro's random walk path is recurrent!
I will go to Kyoto in the next month for attending the workshop : "Computational Finance". Since prababilistic symposiums and workshops tend to concentrate on cities in Kansai area, such as Kyoto or Osaka, my random walk path must be recurrent. However, it doesn't necessarily mean that my random walk path hits Kumano dormitory again.
